As part of the presentation of Candidate profiles, we provide the Client with a report on the selected employees who meet the specific requirements, including information on their professional experience, inner motivation and psychometric profile. Upon the Client's request, we generate a written report on the search and selection process. The presentation may also involve a meeting with the Client to discuss various candidacies. After the Employer's meeting with the Candidates, we remain in touch with both parties.
A recommendation of a Candidate who meets the Client's requirements is also a guarantee of the quality of meetingpoint services. As part of that guarantee, the Client is entitled to replace the employee if the work contract is terminated for any reason by either party.
Throughout the entire term of the project, meetingpoint is guided by the key principle of observing the confidential nature of any information on the Client.
