Direct communication with the Candidates is the ultimate prerequisite for success. At this stage of the selection process, during job interviews, our consultants present the prospective employees with the offer and the Client's preliminary requirements. Detailed information on the Employer is usually not released to the Candidates until the actual interview with the consultant, unless agreed otherwise with the Client. The Candidates are provided with extensive information on our company to create an accommodating working requirement and to facilitate direct communication with our consultants.
During the selection interview, our consultants evaluate whether the Candidate's profile meets the Client's expectations. As part of the process, we attempt to identify the Candidate's individual motivational factors and encourage him/her to consider the given employment offer.
The recruitment process is completed as of the moment the Candidate is approved by the Client and when the Candidate signs a letter of intent, a promise of employment or an employment contract with the Client (Employer).
